Welcome to Ann's Caring Bridge site. My mother had a stroke on Thursday December 30th. She was transported to a local hospital which then air-lifted her to a sister hospital which is known for treating stroke patients. She is getting a little better each day, but is currently completely paralyzed on her left side. She moved moved from ICU last night to a hospital bed. They hope to start acute rehab in a day or two.
