On December 7th, Ann went into Methodist hospital for surgery on her liver to remove some benign carcinoid spots. The surgeon ended up removing her right liver lobe as a result of finding many more spots that had not appeared on scans. While in recovery in ICU, Ann developed a condition called Hepatic Encephalopathy, which put her into a coma state on Friday the 9th.  Please pray for all of her organs, blood, and brain to be protected so that her liver has time to catch up and regenerate. Her respiratory rate, blood pressure, fluid retention, blood vessels, kidneys, and many other functions are affected by her "injured" liver. She loves our Lord Jesus so much and we know He is with her. We are so thankful that he is the "Great Physician" and with us every step of the way. We know you all love her like we do as she is an amazing mother, wife, friend, sister, and daughter!!! We are praising God for every hurdle He has helped her overcome so far. We appreciate all the prayers! Keep flooding Heaven with them! This may be a long road ahead for her.
Thank you!
Love, Mike, Sue/Chuck, Molly/Will, Mary/Brent, and Michael/Betsy (and 11 grandchildren, 2 doggies, 2 cats, 1 guinea pig, and 1 hamster)
