Anja was born in March of 2020, she is the joy of her parents, Kyle and Nicky's life. She is a happy girl, who always has a smile on her face and loves the hugs and cuddles that she gets from her parents and the fur babies in the house.
December 2020 was a tough month and she just wasn't acting like herself. After having a temperature that would not go down, she was put on an antibiotic to fight the infection. Days later she still had a fever so was brought to Children's Hospital and on Dec. 31 where they found a tumor in her liver.
This has turned our world upside down, but through it all we continue to be hopeful and trust that Anja will be strong through it all and keep smiling.
