For those of you who don't know, Anita went in for open heart surgery the morning of Monday, May 2nd. Sometime prior to Tuesday morning she experienced a stroke. She is able to talk and comprehend. She has some sensory disturbance (tingling) and weakness in her left side. Even though this was a setback, her prognosis is good. The doctors have stated that there is a high possibility that she may experience a full or mostly full recovery.
