Anita's family (Mark Talia and Anita's sons Colllin & Drew Penry) are saddened to share the devastating news that Anita is gravely ill battling late stage Melanoma that has spread to her brain. After learning of the spread of melanoma only 3 months ago, Anita's health has shockingly declined significantly just this week. Family and friends are comforting her while she is peacefully resting. While this is very sad, please know Anita is not in pain and resting peacefully. She has enjoyed the visits by her siblings and continual attention of her sons. Mark is non-stop love and care. Let's think of this as the time Anita is sitting on her patio, glass of wine in hand, chilling by her fire pit, looking at the views of El Toro and marble fence, with Mark selecting the tunes and ready with the next pour. 🍷 >>>>>>>> If you desire a visit with Anita, please understand her hearing aides are not working well (extremely frustrating) and she is sleeping more than awake. *****PLEASE contact Mark directly so he can schedule visits so it's not overwhelming to Anita. 💜 Thank you to everyone who shares this story, and continues to follow Mark, Collin and Drew with support and prayer. 💜.... .We will try to keep you all updated from this site, so Mark doesn't have to send the same texts over and over.
