On December 31, 2016 the vehicle Ananise was a passenger in was hit head on resulting in catastrophic injuries. She suffered a broken back, shattered her heel, and broke multiple other bones. Repairs were made through several surgeries, resulting in enormous medical bills exceeding $200,000.
