I am sitting here tonight knowing I am very Blessed! Friday February 7th I was told I have a cancerous Tumor in my Liver.  Let me quickly add that this is Not an aggressive cancer and we are all very hopeful they will be able to remove it all. When one month ago I went in because I felt a ball in my stomach, it all snow balled and now I am here. Our prayer moving forward is that we are placed with the right doctors and they are able to locate the origin if this. And from there get all this ick out of me;) 
As many of you know My husband Scott Lewald is an associate pastor, and I "Amy" very social, outgoing and involved , these things  have made my life very open to many.  So as this news may catch some off guard, I wanted to share as we are already getting many questions.  I hope this helps both you and me through this process:-)
When the doctor told us this news 4 days ago I squeamishly asked  if something would have caused this? She quickly said no it's just bad luck. Well I want to now say it's NOT bad luck, that's this is simply Gods path for me to walk at the moment. I know the next few months with be a rough road for me, my family and my friends. But I also have a peace That God is in control and completely trust He has my best in hand. My verse I chose to guide me through this journey is Psalms 46:10 "Be still, and know I am God" ~ and may I add HOLLER;)  I will keep you posted on here with a specific prayer needs and it will help organize the overwhelming love support I have ready received.  Your prayers are cherished by me and my family ~ love Amy
