Welcome to Amy's Caring Bridge site. My name is Janet Moore and Amy and I have been close friends for twenty years. Amy was diagnosed with Stage 1 Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma on 2/14/19. The tumor is small, but is the aggressive type. So her surgeon, health navigator, and oncologist are moving fast to get treatment started.
She has also completed genetic testing to add to her information base to help make treatment decisions.
This site was created to keep you updated on her journey. To receive updates you have to create a Caring Bridge account (free to do) and follow Amy's journey.
Additionally, should you elect to donate to CaringBridge the donation does not go to Amy directly but goes to help keep Caring Bridge operating in general.

At this point Amy is asking primarily for prayers (for her and her family), good news on upcoming/remaining medical testing, positive thoughts, love and friendship; In her own words, "I may have cancer, but cancer doesn't have me!".
