Amber Henderson Amber’s AML Adventure

Hey all! On June 10th our sweet girl was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) Amber was admitted to the Knight Cancer Institute at OHSU on Monday June 17th. Today, Tuesday June 18th Amber begins an intense chemo regimen for 7 days followed by a 3 day treatment of an alternative chemo. She will be at OHSU for a minimum of 30 days. Due to her treatment and lowered immune system, she is unable to have visitors (aside from family) but would love texts, Facebook messages and good old fashioned mail. This site will provide all of us who love her with updates, journal entries, pictures and a place for you to leave messages of love, dirty jokes and words encouragement.
