We received the worst news ever yesterday!

Our sister, Aloma, was diagnosed with Lung and Liver cancer Tuesday the 28th 2018.

She started out with a cough  and back pain, and went to ER for treatment about two weeks ago. They treated her for kidney and UTI infection.   She didn't get any  better and continued to get worse.


 On Monday she fell during the night and hit her head.   She was able to call 911 and they took her to Ashtabula Hospital.  They did tests on her and didn’t like the looks of her blood work and stomach appearance.   She was diagnosed her with Lung and Liver Cancer.   She was then taken to Cleveland Clinic for further tests.   They confirmed her Liver and Lung cancer and CT was done on her head, due to the fall.  That came out ok.  


 She has been so groggy and unable to communicate with anyone.   Her oxygen levels have dropped so she was put on an O2 mask.  It helpd to bring her oxygen levels up for  a short time, but  she was put on the ventilator last night and put in ICU.   

The doctor spoke with the family and she has COPD, Pneumonia and small area on left lung that was cancerous.    Also the liver cancer. He says she has some challenging days ahead.
