After our family vacation in July, Allie noticed a swollen lymph node on the side of her neck. We scheduled her a dr.'s visit, as she had also been feeling fatigued. After being referred to an ENT (which was August 28th), Allie had an emergency biopsy that Thursday, as she was scheduled to fly back to BYU on Friday. A CT scan revealed more lymph nodes in her chest. On September 4th, Allie received a diagnosis of Hodgkin Lymphoma. We have set up this site in order to share updates on Allie's progress through treatment. Allie's prepared to kick this cancer and be back to school and her regular life ASAP! Thank you for visiting.
