On Tuesday, Aug 24 Aiden was biking to work. At the bottom of a hill, he went over the handlebars of his bike and slid on his face for eight feet. Aiden was rushed to UIHC where he had emergency surgery for a broken jaw and orbital fractures. He also has a broken nose and a two fractures in his back. Thankfully, he was wearing a quality helmet and suffered no brain injury. He wants everyone to promise him they will always wear a helmet. Aiden's girlfriend (India) and parents (Cindy and Michael) will be updating this site, with the help of Aiden, which we will be using to share updates about his recovery in one place. We have been touched by the many kind offers of help we've received in the last few days. Thanks for supporting Aiden as he heals.
