Addison Post

Addie was diagnosed with an extremely rare genetic disorder at 4 months old. She struggles with tumor growth, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune deficiency disorder, a lung disease, a lymphatic malformation, and a vascular malformation disease. She has had more than 30 surgeries, yet continues to amaze us with her strength and determination.
