Two and a half years ago I was diagnosed with colon cancer. I had a colon resection in April 2016 and was declared cancer free. I was put on a five year cancer follow-up plan. In November 2018 a routine follow-up blood test indicated something wasn't right. After two months of testing, I have been diagnosed with metastatic adenocarcinoma, or colon cancer that has metastasized in my lungs. Here begins the next chapter in my fight against cancer.
