Aaron Manley Aaron Manley

The Manley family have faithfully attended, served, and fellowshipped with the people of Providence. Aaron has suffered a handful of strokes which has led him to be confined to a wheelchair. Recently, he had a fall breaking several ribs. Jennifer is not able to lift Aaron, making it difficult to dress and care for him. There is a need for two men each night to help Jennifer prepare Aaron for bed. This consists of lifting him while Jennifer changes and cares for his needs. This may take five minutes or it may take 30, depending on the evening. Please arrive by 8 PM and plan to be available until 9 PM. (Tuesdays and Thursdays are an exception. Jennifer gives Aaron a sponge bath earlier in the evening and will need assistance at 5:45 PM. This may take longer than 30 minutes, so plan to be available for an hour.) The second need is for 2 men to come in the morning and assist Jennifer in preparing Aaron for the day. The mornings usually take 30 minutes. Please arrive by 7 AM and plan to be available until 8 AM. Though we do not anticipate this time taking longer than 30 minutes in both the morning and evening, we are scheduling one-hour time slots to give ample time. There is no need for experience or training in care. Jennifer will walk you through what you need to do and be present while you help. Let’s serve this precious family and our beloved brother Aaron and sweet sister Jennifer in a very practical way. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!
