CaringBridge Kicks Off September Fundraising Campaign

Eagan, Minn. – (Sept. 14, 2020) – A health journey of any kind requires a strong support system. With the help of generous donors, CaringBridge provides patients and family caregivers access to a community built to encourage healing and connectedness at a time when support matters most. Through the month of September, CaringBridge asks supporters to help them continue spreading hope, healing and connection through a financial gift.

This campaign includes a generous matching gift created by a group of CaringBridge donors. The gift doubles donations made on September 14-15 and September 29-30, both up to $20,000.

“The feeling of community rallying behind you truly matters during a health journey,” said Liwanag Ojala, CaringBridge CEO. “The help of our incredible donors allows us to provide a support network to thousands of families in need. Because no one should ever have to go through a health journey alone.”

CaringBridge is a donor-supported nonprofit, powered by a community that understands the need to provide a vital healing resource for people around the world. A donation to CaringBridge means that 300,000 people a day can connect with family and friends, sharing encouragement and important updates easily through the platform. Each donation supports the operation of running thousands of ad-free, secure, privacy-protected sites, which help millions of people get the help and social support they need.
