To analyze and interpret financial, customer and marketing data in order to improve the financial performance and impact of CaringBridge. To collaborate with and follow through on the analysis by working with various departments to implement recommendations.
Analyzes finance and marketing data to help management understand and optimize the CaringBridge product and operations.
Works to understand all current data sources, best ways to analyze data, and more efficient ways to integrate data into operations.
Collaborates with other departments to assess their financial, customer data analytics and direct response analysis needs. Working with other departments, develops models to support decision making and strategic direction.
Applies knowledge of accounting. Marketing, and systems to perform detailed analysis; presents analysis to wide variety of audiences (colleagues, Senior Leadership Team, Board). Acts as sounding board and lead for discussions of analytical decision making.
Works closely with all departments in organization to provide financial and administrative information and services.
Establishes and sustains interactive relationships with external vendors and contacts to result in favorable networks to support the current and future goals of the organization and to benchmark practices/results to maximize organizational effectiveness.
Stays current on market, competition and trends including tactics, field concepts and practices applying them to strategies when applicable.
Keeps manager informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management. Coordinates/communicates plans and activities with others, as appropriate to ensure a coordinated work effort and team approach.
Performs related work as apparent or assigned.
