Welcome to my page. My name is Victoria. I am 8 years old and live in Wisconsin with my mommy, Caryn. On Wednesday, July 31st, 2002, I was diagnosed with cancer - Leukemia. Then on Aug. 1st, 2002 my oncologist, Dr. Diamond found it more specifically to be acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This page is to keep everyone updated on my progress through my treatment. Please check here often. Mom says she will add an entry as often as she can. She will also post photos of me, but the page only allows 3 so she will change them often. Sign my guestbook too please! Thanks for stopping by, Victoria

Victoria and her mommy would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all who have touched our lives with their kindness during her treatment. There have been many prayers answered and our hearts have realized the power of friendship. Thank you.

Thursday, June 4, 2009 9:26 AM CDT Still healthy, strong, and growing like a weed, Victoria is inching closer to her 5 year mark this October. She's had a tough time emotionally lately with Grandma still being quite ill, her Aunt Haley who is very dear to Victoria being diagnosed with Brest cancer and has a big fight ahead, the death of Great Great Aunt Mary, Death of Mel (long time family friend), Death of Christie (her favorite Chocolate labbie), Showgirl delivering a stillborn colt, and just many other changes in life. We were however, able to sneak away to FL for 7 days in April right before Victoria turned 9. She had a blast at Sea World as we all know the sea and all it's wonders is in her blood. We also visited the ocean, and the 4 Disney parks.
Summer is fast approaching and I look forward to spending a ton of mother/daughter time with my baby as she is growing up so fast and I know it won't be long until I am not her favorite person in the world! We are heading out to KY in July, just the 2 of us for some major bonding time and moments to reflect on later in life.
This month brings Victoria's oncology appointment and her echocardiogram. Keep her in your prayers that she continues life in great health!
Best wishes and love to all our friends and family, Caryn
