Born December 21, 2002 with Hepatoblastoma Stage III Endured Chemo and Liver Resection to remove the Tumor Liver Failed for Unknown Reasons Given New Life by Transplant May 1, 2003 Post-Surgical Complications (IVC Occlusion and Portal Vein Thrombosis) June 2006 Renewed through the granting of a Wish July 19, 2008 Survived the "event" we were hoping to avoid, an esophageal bleed. Managed Portal Hypertension Medically Shunting was not an option. We will always be looking for answers and Praying for Miracles.
Blessed in many ways and Always enjoying every minute.
Molly was listed for a second liver transplant (July 2008). March 15, 2011 Molly has recieved her second liver transplant.

Friday, March 15, 2013 10:09 AM CDT Happy Liver Day Molly! Two years ago today, Molly received her 2nd Liver Transplant. She has been through so much and come so far. We are truly blessed and grateful. Thank you to our donor family and donor families everywhere. Thank you to our family. We couldn't have gotten through this without you. Thank you to our medical team. Dedicated experts, hardly describes the amazing people we have been fortunate to have caring for Molly. Thank you to a community that has been there for us time and again. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of and helped us along the way and continues to on this journey. Karen, Molly’s Mom
Molly, You are a beautiful and amazing 10 year old little girl, inside and out. You never cease to amaze me. Your strength, resilience, courage, determination, compassion, love and joy inspire me every day! Your love of life and living each day to the fullest with the same passion and energy that has pulled you through time and again are something we all could aspire to! Keep being you.
