Katie is now Cancer Free. She had scans on Friday and we received the news from the nurse today that her scans were free of cancer. Since this has now been five years, we no longer have to say she is in remission but now we can say she is cancer free. It's a Huge milestone in her journey. The chances of a relapse are far less once a patient reaches the 5 year mark.
I know I have not updated for almost 2 years but what can I say, life is way to fast.
To celebrate the great news, we are heading to Mexico for Spring Break in March--Katie's place of choosing.
Not sure if I will continue the website.
Thank You to every single one of you for all of your love, support and prayers the last 6 years. We could have never done it without each and everyone of you.
