Justin's Story

Welcome to Justin's webpage. On September 27, 2003 Justin was doing what he loves best, playing football. Two and a half minutes before the half, UW-Eau Claire had just scored their second touchdown. Justin was charging down the field on the kick off and made helmet contact with another player. Unfortunately, Justin was critically injured on this play. He was transported to River Falls Hospital by ambulance and then air lifted to St. Paul Regions Hospital. Justin was diagnosed with a blood clot on his brain. He immediately underwent surgery to remove the clot and stop the bleeding.

In response to many inquires into how one can donate to Justin's Recovery Fund, the following address is being provided.

Hello everyone, I am finally in my new place and it's awesome. My sister lives only 5 min away. I have cousins and friends from growing up living nearby. My anxiety level has gone down tremendously. We live in Oak Creek which is a suburb of Milwaukee. It is a very nice area. It is not so crazy busy like the last place I lived. It is much more relaxed. It makes living with a vision defecit alot easier and safer. It is cool to be back in Packer territory. Miller Park, where the Brewers play is just amazing. It has a retractable roof which is sweet. There is alot of entertaining things to do in the summer. There is a different festival every other week so we will be very busy. I am out of my old routine and into a exciting new one. So things just continue to get better. Everyone just have an exciting and safe summer.
This is Hooting Hollerin Happy Justo signing off.
