Ashley Nichole Debes Septemeber 13, 1996- December 8 ,2007 Forever our little girl

Ashley with her very much loved Twinkie bunny:)
Ashley we love you and miss so very very much, thank you for choosing us to be your Mom and Dad,..

Ashley was originally DX with A.L.L, acute lymphoblastic leukemia on 4-11-00 at the age of 3 1/2 She endured 2˝ yrs of chemotherapy and went OT (off treatment) on 6-9-02. Unfortunately, after 16 months OT she relapsed on 10-28-03 at the age of 7, it was decided that 2 yrs and 3 mths more of chemotherapy was needed. She went OT once again on 2-8-06. 14 months after Ashley completed her relapse protocol, 4/26/07 at the age of 10 Ashley relapsed once again in her bone marrow. We are working now to get Ashley into remission, after that is accomplished Ashley will be receiving a bone marrow transplant.Sadly after a long hard fight Ashley passed away on Dec. 8, 07. We miss her so very much

Ryan was DX with A.L.L on 1-10-04 at the age of 21 months, 3 months after Ashley's relapse. He finished 2˝ yrs of chemotherapy on 7-31-06. He is now 16 months OT (off treatment) and doing well!

I finally got around to getting some new pictures up, in doing so I see that I stopped taking family photos for awhile, just to hard to look at without Ashley being in them, but I'm going to make sure to pick up my camera more often now :)

PRAY FOR KYLE

****************************

Things here are going well. We stayed home for the 4h and BBQ, played some penny poker with the kids, saw some fireworks from our house.

The 4th of July for us hasn't had many great memories- I won't go through and tell all the stories, moslty hospital stays with a very sick little girl.

Our puppy Polar is getting bigger every day, he is now just about 15 weeks and almost 40 lbs!! He is huge, and very loveable! He really is just one big furry stuffed animal! Sadie has put him in his place and he no longer, or at least less often tries biting her hind legs as she tries to walk.

I hope all of you had a nice Holiday weekend,
Robin
