Hello everyone, this is leena's mom. Leena is still doing very well. She is now 5 years old and plays with her two sisters all the time. Her life is as normal as it has ever been. She will have a new brother or sister come next Feb. and she says she can't wait. Thank you for your love and support, I am glad to know that there are people out there that care so much. God Bless.

hi everyone. this is leena's dad. its been a long time , we seem to forget about writing . well leena is working on 18 months post transplant. lukemia hasn;t come back , but she's having other problems, all that medication is messing up her system. and she just had another line infection. the doc had to pull that one out a few days ago.
shes been in the hospital the past week with her mommy.
ive been home with our other 2 daughters, 3 1/2 and 1 1/2.
thats been an experience. not to bad for dad. we hope she will be home in a few days. well thanks for all the prayers, myself i am upset with god so i dont pray much, so thanks for praying for me. leena's dad pete.

hi this is leenas dad. her grandma started this page and i dont know how to update it properly so i will do it this way and let all those people who care so much for leena know how shes doing. on june 17 2003 she had a bone marrow transplant using her sister cord blood we saved. at this time she seems to be doing alright and has some blood counts of her own coming in. she is at childrens hospital in seattle undergoing this treatment. i will come back next month and update everyone somemore. her parents email address is ibrb99@aol.com thanks her dad pete
