WELCOME TO CORINNA'S PAGE
We gratefully join the Caringbridge family with this page to keep all who are close to us informed of Corinna's life after being diagnosed with a Diffuse Intrinsic Brain Stem Glioma. She has undergone 30 radiation treatments while/after being hospitalized for 3 weeks fighting the agressive onslaught of her tumor. After steroids, radiation and now temador, we have incorporated an alternative treatment of Protocel to rid her body of this beast.
Our family has now grown to the wonderful people we have encountered who share in our daily experiences hands-on. What a generous group who willingly help us with information and moral support through their experiences. WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH.

Wednesday, January 5, 2005 10:31 AM CST Today is a day I will never forget. Corinna Lee Felker came into this world in the early evening hours on January 5th, 1995. She weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. with dark hair and blue eyes. The miracle of birth was shown with her presence. She was most always content and brought the greatest joy to this families' life.
We remember her with many precious memories today. Her light shines in this mother's heart and will for the rest of this life. So greatful we are for the years we were together and deeply saddened for the short time we shared on this earth.
If Corinna were here, her Birthday would be shared with her dearest friends and family. Maggie, Morgan, Danielle, sister Shay, Beth, Jackie were always in attendance as Corinna cherished their friendship and presence on these special days. Last year, we celebrated in Florida, on Corinna's Make A Wish Trip. Nine of us traveled to Disney World for what would be our last vacation together. She struggled during much of the time, as taking Protocel caused numerous sick periods and her ability to handle noise and plane flights created such a challenge. She took it in stride the best she could and I will always be proud of her and her strength in battling her illness.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CORINNA!! WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU AND WILL CELEBRATE YOUR LIFE TODAY WITH LOVE AND HONOR OF THE WONDERFUL GIFT YOU HAVE BEEN IN OUR LIVES!!
