Hello all!

This is a quick update.... Caitlyn has been struggling with radiation. She was horribly sick the first night and the second night. She puked and puked all night long both nights. She has been incredibly strong. She has not let the best of her nerves get to her.

She is fighting!!!!!!

She was feeling better on Sunday but she is pretty wiped out from the radiation. She is pale and tired. Very low energy but still isn't letting it stop her.

Chemo and radiation have been the two hardest things I have ever had to witness in my life. Seeing your child in this position is unbearable. I can't rescue her or make the monster go away.. IT SUCKS!

Today she was feeling somewhat better. We met my Dad and Elma for an early Birthday lunch. It was nice. Caity got really tired by the end.

Then a little later we went to Pike Place Market cause we had some time to waste and although Caity feels like crap she hates being stuck in the "house"! She get's cabin fever bad!

Then off to radiation. It took longer than usual this time because she moved a few times and it causes the machine to have to realign with her radiation zones.

We are now back at the Ronald Mcdonald house ready to collapse.. Long day and we are exhausted. The Doctor wrote a prescription for a wheelchair for Caity and it should be here in the next day or so! That will be handy when needed.

Everyone keep your fingers crossed for an uneventful night.

Night Misti
