Hello all, can't believe it is November already. I've been busy. Daycare has been going pretty well. I received my waiver for three infants so now I can do two infants along with our foster child. Luckily not all of them are full time and some of their days rotate. When all three are here it is very busy. I had to pass a fire drill inspection with the three of them and have them out of the house in under 60 seconds, I managed to get two strapped into a double stroller and carry the other one while pushing the stroller out my back door, in all 47 seconds. I was nervous but it went fine and I had a few seconds to spare. Of course in an emergency I would just scoop them all up and run but for the drill we needed to use the stroller. I also have a couple of kids after school(besides my own), so the day can be long. It is good to stay busy. I still have my days where I think of Zac quite a bit and get alittle down but most days go pretty well.

Ed is busy working on several chests at the moment. Last week one was shipped to Louisana, we will be added it to the site shortly, www.zacsmemorychests.com We were really blessed last month by a local company ESPEY in Saratoga that gave us quite a bit of shipping supplies that they wanted to get rid of. This packaging material will help with all of these out of state orders. Ed is very busy with work, hunting, and the chests.

Heather and Kyle are both doing well in school. We were very pleased that Heather's grades are all high 80's and lots of 90's. Kyle is due for a teacher conference but everything seems to go well besides his eating. He is such a fussy eater and is SO skinny. We are working on it but he runs off what little calories he eats. The foster baby was due for a court date this month, it has now been postponed until the end of January. That was supposed to be when they would decide what will happen for the next 6 months with him but I guess we will have to wait and see. At least we will be blessed with him for the holidays. Halloween went well, everyone had a good time. Kyle at the last minute changed his mind and was a ninja instead of a Pokemon. I was surprised, we were given the costume at the last minute and that was what he wanted. I took three infants with me to the school parade(my costume was a crazed daycare provider!!) I spent an hour preparing everyone to go, getting the babies in costumes only to see Kyle for 20 seconds as he went bye, but at least he knew we were there. That's what is important. I think of all the things we missed going on with the kids while Zac was sick. I was where I needed to be with him but at the same time my other kids needed me too. So many families make that juggling act daily when they have a seriously ill child. You do what you can.

Many children are in need of prayers, Ila, Coleman, Sheldon, Brave Will, Kassidy, Erik, Amanda, and many more. So many are fighting their battles and several are coming to the end of the earthly journies. It breaks our hearts to see the parents going through that part of the journey. While the pain ends for the child, it is so hard for the parents to endure and wait until they will be reunited in Heaven. In the past two weeks we have been to two funerals, both for adults. One adult was 92, isn't that a celebration? I look at things differently and say they were blessed with such a long life when I think of our son's life here cut short at the age of 3 1/2 years old.

Thanksgiving is coming, I will attempt a few hours at the bakery as usual. It is always crazy there and thousands of pies are ordered. My neighbor will help me fill in here. We have a harvest dinner at the church this weeked, so I already have been baking and organizing a list of people bringing dishes for the meal. Soon it will be time to think of Christmas, where has the year gone??? We had our first snow last week. The trees were bent over with the heavy snow but it was gone in a couple of days. What was nice was the roads were bare, I like snow like that , just on the grass! It seemed too early for that stuff and now the weather is mild.

Take care and give your kids an extra hug!! Sending kisses to heaven XXOO WE love you ZAC!!
