Yesterday was an event on the Pediatric Unit at the Hospital where is work (Presbyterian Hospital, Albuquerque, NM).  Unfortunately, I do favor Duke more.  As you can see, Tyler is surrounded by the Bernalillo Fire Department and their Chief.

There are more pictures added.  Instead of face painting, we had his knees painted with Super Heroes.  We did not stay long, too many people and coughing.  I really wanted to run for the hills!  Tyler cried all the way home that I made him leave. 

Everything else is great here.  We are expecting to return to Duke in about six weeks. 

Please continue to pray to more breakthroughs with MLD and research; upcoming legislation for New Mexico and all our MLD buddies!  Congratulations to Lucas Joseph.  He is getting discharged tomorrow!  Yahooooooo!  (www.caringbridge.org/visit/thomasjoseph).


I am asking for continued prayer for our friend Larry.  He is still on a respirator (2 weeks).  The prognosis is not good, but God.......
