Tyler's words

Hello everyone I had my first chemo treatment last Thursday and Friday. I got my chemo on Thursday and had to have a shot in my arm with something that will make my white blood counts go up. It made me sick to my tummy for a couple of days but I am feeling better today.I love you all. Thanks for praying for me.

Tyler had to make an emergency visit to Childrens Hosp today because he has been having aches and pains and has been really emotional the last few days. They accessed him and took blood. His nurse thought that his hemoglobin might be low and that would be why he has been having headaches( if his hemoglobin was low he would have to have a blood transplant.) We are happy to report that all his counts are up and he needed no transfusion today. The doctors say that his bone marrow is producing a lot of white blood cells (which is good) that is why his bones are hurting.

On another note I am struggling with the fact that God let my kid have Cancer. Everything that I have been taught since I was a newborn is that God is in controll of everything. Well if Satan gave Tyler cancer. Why did God let him do it? Just some questions I have. If you have answers other than God is in controll and everything happens for a reason or God wants you to learn something from all of this. Please let me know! Cause I am tired of hearing my son cry cause he has cancer and he is tired of being in pain.

Jay
