Things are gettin' tough

Its been a long, hard week for us all.  Ty hasn’t been doing too well.  Everything is taking more and more effort for him and it‘s taking its toll.  He’s been having major breathing problems multiple time a day and needs someone with him at all times.  Finals tests and evaluation for the double lung transplant to come this month and whether he’ll need a heart transplant as well.
Karen was taken by ambulance to the hospital yesterday.  She started experiencing extreme pain in her back and could not move.  MRI and CT scans revealed nothing.  They aren’t sure why she is in such pain.  She will be in the hospital at least until tomorrow (Sun.) and they are looking to move her to a nursing facility.  It’s been hard trying to hold everything together but Josh and Chels have been doing a great job around here.  Josh has been looking after Ty and helping me with work around the yard, etc. and Chels has been doing the shopping and taking care of dinner on days that someone isn’t scheduled to deliver a meal.
We were greatly blessed this past week when my sister and two sister-in-laws drove from PA and cleaned our house, did the laundry and prepared a fabulous meal and dessert.  Thank you Diana, Christine and Salli.  I know it was a long day for you all and a lot of driving.
Please keep us all in your prayers.  It seems like, as soon as things become overwhelming, someone steps in and fills the need.  God is good and will not forsake us.  He is always faithful.  That may be hard for someone to understand with all that we have been experiencing but we endure all in the hope that you would come to the knowledge of Truth and Life.  Jesus IS the Way, the Truth and the Life.  He is waiting for an invitation from you to receive His forgiveness and life so that your joy may be full.  Reach out to Him today.  There is no better time than right now.  You don't need to better yourself or do anything.  Just reach out to Him and receive Him.  He's don it all for you.

Keepin’ the faith,
Regis

Regis, I wish there were some special words that would "make it all OK," but aside from those of our Lord, Himself, Who *will* ultimately make all things better than OK, there are none which will suffice. Even before reading your update this morning, in my first prayer of the day, I had told God that I didn't understand why some are called to suffer so much more than others...I don't understand it, BUT I do trust His heart and His will for each of our lives. And, because I do, I know that He must be using the Froats family in an extraordinary way. Tyler, Karen, Chelsea, Joshua and you are in my most fervent prayers.

We are praying for your family during this overwhelming time. My heart breaks for you...I can't imagine going through all that you are, but what a blessing to hear of your faith, "that can move mountains!" May the Lord bring quick healing, provision in ALL things and may His joy be your strength moment by moment. You and Karen are an inspiration to so many, praying for God to rain down abundant blessings upon each and every one of you! Love from the Polancic family

So sorry that Karen is in so much pain and that the doctors haven't found a cause yet. Praying for Karen and always for Tyler. Praying that Tyler's testing will be finished very soon and that the best plan will be in place for a transplant.
Thank you Lord for the good people who are providing so much help for this family who loves You so very much.

Hang in there Regis , one thing I remember was a saying that said, God always has His hand on the thermostat. Know that I'm praying for all of you. In the name of Jesus, I curse the problems with the lungs and the heart. As to Regis , I put a crown of thorns around your mind and that God give you a peace and calm in your mind like you have never felt. God, I'm asking that You give these doctors brains enough to know what to give him or do for this sweetheart. In Jesus Name AMEN. Please keep me posted. All my love and prayers from Illinois .

Regis,

I am soo sorry things w/ Tyler continue to worsen. I pray God will allow the testing to go very well on Monday AND he will NOT need a heart transplant. I pray he WILL be approved and listed for transplant soon!!

Bless sweet Karen. I pray whatever is going on will be found soon and she will improve. I know that is scary and she wants to be w/ Tyler.

Love ya,
