Hello, I have been following Tyler’s story since it happened and have had your family in my thoughts and prayers.  I just learned of this site and not sure if you get on here any longer because of all the mess that is going on.  I am sorry to hear of by the way.  I hope that it all gets better for all of you and Tyler makes a full recovery.  I left a message on the other site as well (don't read the bad things just how Tyler is doing).  I am an Independent Scentsy (candle) consultant and I would be interested in doing an online party in Tyler's name.  I will donate 100% of my commission to Tyler's fund.  Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in doing and I can give you all the details.  I would love to help out in any way that I can.  I know this is not much but every little bit helps.  I hope you keep your head up and stay strong.  This will all work out in the end.  Tough times make us stronger they say. :)  They say that god does not give us more than we can handle and I say quite often WOW I sure wish he did not think I was superwoman.  So he must thing you are Superwoman as well and a pretty amazing strong person to handle and deal with all you are going through.  Always makes me feel a little better when I try to think of things that way.  Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in and I would be more than honored to help out.  Hope you have a great day and I can be reached by email at heatherthigpen@yahoo.com Heather Thigpen

Although I don't really know Tyler or any of his family members I have followed him on this caring bridge site because my son also suffered a TBI in the same manner as Tyler about 2 and a half years ago now while away at college.  I don't follow his facebook page but just wanted to say if there is anything that is negative or upsetting to him good for you for pulling the plug on it.  I have been praying for him and his family and understand as a mom what you have gone through.  There is no greater bond than between a mother and a child even when they are a young adult.  i know that miracles happen every day and Tyler is one of them.Terrie Johnson RN

Kim... Keep up the positive work my friend!!! You are doing sooooo well as a Mother and caregiver to Tyler... It would be a challenge for anyone, but to do it with steadfast and determination with the negative comments of people who do not know you because of the influence of someone who has mislead them...I don't know anyone who would handle it as well as you have...   Stay focused on the truth and what is right for Tyler...  Stay strong stay safe!!! I LOVE YOU something Fierce!!! xoxxo Kerry

I'm feel awful what has happened and don't know how things got so ugly, except that seems too happen in Divorce and some how Ty's injury as flared maybe old behaviors or emotions. I don't know any of you personally except I meet Ty when I Sub at his H.S.and found him to be a great kid and his smile was memorable. I can see how much love their is looking at your pictures. I hope things get better soon; you all don't need this, you all have enough stress and emotions and work getting Ty back on his feet. Your doing a great job Kim & Roddy. I'll I can do and should is pray and you got it. Would love to participate if their our anymore Benefits. Take Care of your selves.

I'm so happy Tyler is feeling better. I continue to pray for his recovery. I'm in ah of the miracle God performed; I call Tyler the Christmas Miracle. I pray Tyler continues to improve and god helps him deal with all the emotions that go along with a life altering injury and pray for all his family too. Tyler has been such an inspiration and so Happy too see his smile, that he was so well known for. Tyler and his family will not be forgotten and will always be in my prayers. God Bless you all. Love, Tyler's pray warrior : )

Kim - All that has occurred on Facebook has saddened me greatly. I think that you are right in that God is in charge of TK and that He has placed the people in TK's life who will make the best decision for Tyler's ongoing healing. Our prayers continue to be with TK and with you all as Tk's struggle is also yours. I know as a mother, when your child is in pain, hurting, healing, you are feeling all of those emotions and more right along with him. Please know that our support is with you all, always! Blessings, Terry, Tom, Zack, Lucas & Rhiannon

I have followed posts from both websites. This one has always given me a sense of peace and positive energy. The "praying for Tyler Burton" FB page which started out great with Christina's postings, has sunk to the lowest form imagineable. I think I will  stop reading the  posts, just for my own sanity. :) God bless all of you. I will continue to pray for Tyler. Marcus is my nephew
