My Story

Tristen was born with one kidney(right) and in July 2006 he had surgery to correct a blockage in the urter from the kidney.

He was born on March 03, 2006. At MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, ND.

Tristen is doing great! He is enjoying his summer. We have been the splash park a couple times now and he loves it. Loves to run through the water, he watches the other kids and tries to copy.. its pretty cute. I just hope in the future he isn't a copier in bad things... that makes me a little nervous.
We went the town fair on Sunday, which was Tristen's 1st time. He loved it. Loved the rides. His uncle Shaun came along and they had a good time together. They have such a cute bond together..its fun to watch.

Next Thursday is Tristen's ultrasound for his bladder, where he had surgery in May. I'm sure everything is fine, but his urologist wants just to see how things are going since surgery.

Anyways.. summer is going good, but fast. Can't believe its already July. We don't have really anything planned for the 4th. We think we might go watch the fireworks here in town and have a picnic and thats about it. Hopefully everything will go smoothly, but having a 3 & 1 year old.. you just never know.

Tristen's little sister, Brooklynn will be 1 on Friday. We just can't believe how this year went by so fast. She's gotten so big. What a cutie!!!
