"All testing is negative, complete remission continues. Good job!" These are the words of my stem cell doctor after receiving all of my lab results. Thank you Lord! It is only His working, not mine, that has brought me to this place. One year ago this week I was in Houston setting up an apartment and getting ready for stem cell transplant. I find myself looking back a lot lately remembering what I was doing a year ago today. I look back a lot too at the journal and guestbook to reread your words of encouragement too. Thank you all for your continued prayers, cards, shared scripture, and love. It has been a wonderful journey. I am ready for the next event as God leads. I wanted to share some of my favorite scriptures with you, and this one just fits today. Philippians 4:4-7 "Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! ...The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." He truly is my Peace.
