My Story

On March 5th Tom was admitted to Maine Medical in Portland, Maine after a C-Scan at Penbay discovered a mass just above the brain stem. A craniotomy/biopsy performed on March 9th revealed a malignant tumor whose location prevents it's removal. Tom completed two weeks of aggressive radiation and chemotherapy. On March 31st, Tom went home and on April 19th, Tom past away.

For weeks I tried to decide where I wanted to be and what I wanted to be doing a year after his death. And while I still haven't settled on anything I want to invite you to share a memory, no matter how big or small, it does not need to be profound in any way. Just something that Remy, mom, and I can read and remember along with you. Thank you.
