First of all, thank you for all of your wonderful posts. You can't even imagine how encouraging it is to read everyone's posts in the guestbook; most of the time I am in tears, and it's very uplifting for us!
Secondly, Toby had Physical Therapy today and did another amazing thing (of course I forgot the camera). He was actually pushing up on his legs and standing on them for a few seconds. The PT would hold him at his waist and then we would say, "Push, Toby" or "Stand up, Toby" and he would activate those muscles (ones we NEVER thought he would use) and stand!!! He probably did this 10-15 times, not just a few...I again am just amazed at how God is healing him in these small amazing ways. We were very excited.
Lastly, they doctors weren't able to coordinate the Bronchoscopy and MRI. Well, they could, but not until Jan. 20th. For some reason the Neurosurgeon doesn't want to wait until Jan. to get the MRI done, so we are scheduled for the MRI, Dec. 11th and the Bronchoscopy/removal of scar tissue - Jan. 20th. I'm kind of glad about the Bronchoscopy being in January because he will have to spend at least one night in the hospital, and this way it won't happen until after Christmas. For the MRI, he'll have to be "admitted" because he's on a ventilator, but technically once he wakes up, he will be able to come home that day.
Have a great Thanksgiving, if I don't post again before then - We have so much to be thankful for this year!
