I hope all of you had a very Blessed Christmas.. My family and I had a wonderful Christmas appreciating the time we were able to spend together.

Unfortunately hour Christmas cheer was a little dampened again this year. My precious sister (Tammi) was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer on December 18th. We were once again faced with the impact of cancer. So, this update serves to request many prayers for her. She will be having a total hysterectomy on Tuesday December 30th at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem. We will not know the extent of the cancer until Dr. Lentz performs the surgery and a pathology report is given a few days after the surgery. Right now I am asking that you pray that her surgery goes well and that the cancer is contained within the uterus. I will send updates as we know them. My sister is such a blessing to me so please add her to all of your pray list.
