Sorry for the delay in updates. Taylor continues to struggle with CSF pressure problems. At this point we're not sure if it is high or low and the only true way to tell is to do a lumbar puncture (and poke another hole!) For now, she has opted for no more medical intervention for the leaks at this time. Instead she is still seeing an accupressurist/energy healing and that seems to be helping, albeit in tiny, tiny steps. She also goes to physical therapy several times a week. We are in general just enjoying our summer. We were brave enough (or psycho enough) to fly to Las Vegas for a week with both kids. We had two suitcases just devoted to all the "paraphernalia" that Taylor requires for a week! Fortunately, getting thru airport security was a breeze (despite my purse being stolen a few weeks before and me having NO picture ID) Taylor was a trooper and we all survived! I have enclosed a picture of us in the lobby of the Venetian Hotel - it was beautiful! Taylor is looking forward to going back to school in the fall - we are just praying it is on her own two feet! Thanks for all the wonderful messages - we read them all. A special hello to Mr. Callage - Taylor's homebound teacher from 9th grade. He was paramount in Taylor achieving the Academic Excellence Award last fall!
