Hello Everyone! It has been a while since I have updated! So I thought I would take a minute to catch up a bit. The comments left here on the site, and the emails, and phone calls have all been so appreciated and comforting! Thank you for all of your friendship and concern! It has been so rewarding to get on this site and read the sweet things you have said. We are so grateful for the time you have taken to make us feel so supported. We have had a great few months. Taylor is continuing to hold her own in 1st grade. She had a cat scan on this last Thursday to check the progress of her ears. One ear is healing well and the other is not. So she may have another surgery on that ear. Other wise she is doing good! She enjoyed being an optimist football cheerleader this fall. She really wanted to play basketball with the rec center like her older sister Kaitlyn did last year, but our schedules were just too full - she is looking forward to next year! Jaden is doing great! She is keeping us all on our toes! I think of all of my girls she is the busiest one! (or maybe I am just getting older and she wears me out faster!) She is talking up a storm and keeping us laughing. Grandma Linda has sure been a huge help with the girls! We don't know what we would do with out her help with homework and laundry and driving us to the many doctor visits. We sure love and appreciate her! I am doing well too! I start radiation on the 29th of Dec. I will have treatments everyday for about 4 weeks. I hear that the side effects are minimal so it should go pretty smooth. Again, we are so grateful for all of you and the examples that you are to me and my family for your unbelievable support and concern. I pray that we will all continue to find peace in the trials and difficulties that each of us are faced with. Treasure your families and enjoy the holidays. Have a Merry Christmas!
