Hi guys

I think I can finially say that Taryns cough, upper resp is getting better. Gets very scarey with Miss Taryn. I wish she could just understand "Cough". Because all that yucky stuff pools up and she ends up sounding like she is drowning in the pool of phlem.  On and off fever for days. Now it is just back to a normal cough. Praise God and to helpful nurses. They really have worked for their money the last few weeks. Thank you to Vicki and Marlene, Taryns nurses. 
As far as Austyn he has been released from Rady Childrens hospital and they have found out that he has had pulmonary aspiration, not sure for how long but it has been the ongoing cause for his years of pneumonias etc. They found through the Bronchoscopy that he has a bacteria called Bacteroides- Prevotella in his system. May have been there for years. The whole time he was on IV antibiotics and since he has been out he has been on the wrong antibiotic and it hasnt or couldnt help him so today we will start the correct one and hopfully be on the road to recovery after years of the incorrect medicines and basically Doctors blowing it off by saying he has asthma and giving him asthma and COPD meds. They also figured out he has acid reflux so they have put him on prevacid to help that as well. So we are hoping that his lungs arent damaged to bad that it cant be reversed back. He still thinks there is a possibility of bronchiectasis but is hoping that with the fix of the antibiotic we can get this bacteria out of his body and lungs.  Its a no wonder after all these times of pneumonias and constant coughs that the antibiotics werent working since he was prescribed in incorrect kind.
anyways gotta get going . EJ and I are off for a 24 hr get away by ourselves to a reunion in LasVegas. yahoo!
