Hello, all you mighty angels!   Susan had her nerve conduction tests and meeting with the neurologist this morning over he MRI's.  To bring you up to speed, she had brain tumors back in 2006 that disappeared by the Lord's mighty hand, but a new MRI showed that the cartilage was back. The doctor ordered another MRI to get a better look, and Susan was going today to see the results of that one.  Brian took her, as planned, and I kept Rayah.  Susan called afterwards, talking a mile a minute and laughing so much it was hard to understand her.  I almost hate it when she goes without me to the doctor, because while I would plod along and tell you, in order, how her day went, she is all over the place.  So, forgive me while I try to put this in a way that works for me!

Dr Sheik said that Susan was the toughest patient he had ever seen during a nerve conduction test on the back, taking pain that causes men to buckle in agony, begging him to stop.  She said the needles behind her knees were the worst, but that she didn't cry or make much noise.  The ones in her back were not too bad at all, she didn't think.  Afterwards, they took her blood pressure and were knocked back by how high it was, but she told them about me and my high pain tolerance, so they owed it to genetics!
After that, she and Brian saw the doctor for the MRI results.

Remember that an inmate where Steve works had told Steve that he and his wife, who had had chordomas (brain and spinal cancers that are formed of cartilage), too, were praying that Susan's would be healed, just as his wife's were?  Well, Steve is laughing all the way to work, and can't wait to tell him that the Lord did it!

Yep!  NO chordomas!!!!  Dr Sheik said that they are on the first MRI, but not the second.  Then he said, "There may be a glitch in the machine ..." but Susan told him about me with last stage myeloma all these years, and said, "I'm used to seeing the Lord work in this way.  It's God!"  And the doctor replied, "Well, that's it then, because there is absolutely nothing wrong with your brain now!"

Praise Him in the earth!  Praise Him in the heavens!  Praise Him with a loud voice!  Praise Him with singing!  The Lord, He is GOD!!!!!!

The only bummer news was that the ruptured disks are worse, bulging more than ever.  However, the nerve conduction test showed NO nerve damage!  None.  Nada. And that is after 7 years of this!
He said that Dr Sahota and he agree that she is just a baby, too young to go through back surgery, because she will probably scar and damage the nerves, making matters worse.  He wants to use medications (She is on neuontin and ultram now, and he added Vicodin for break-through pain.).  His goal is to  see if they can get her through the summer.  While she does expect the Lord to heal her before that, she said that she didn't think it was very humble sounding to say that, after what they had just witnessed with the brain tumors!

So, the Wymans are having a good day!!!!

Thank you so much for all your prayers!  Susan was saying how good it was for Brian to be there and hear all this from the doctor, too, as it will increase his faith.  Yes, I think that would probably be TRUE!  LOL!!!!

Thank you all so very much for standing with us through this latest episode!  We are blessed beyond words, dear ones in Christ, because He continues to allow us these  amazing outcomes!  Sometimes, I wonder if I will ever get used to it.

Nah.

Praising the Lord for His mercies that NEVER fail!   I have to admit that I didn't realize I wasn't really breathing until now!   I feel like running a marathon ...  !!!!

Thank You, Lord!!!!!
