My Story

In Loving Memory of our little Summer Bug. Summer was a beautiful little girl that we all loved and adored very much. She was born On 6-5-2006 with a complex 3 Mitochondrial disorder and a very rare lung disease. She was smart, sassy, and strong. She passed away on July 2, 2008. We miss and love her very much and are always thinking of her.

I just wanted to Thank everyone for the nice letters they send and checking up on us now and then. We really appreciate it. I also want to thank all the nursing staff that has ever cared for Summer, even those who never had her as there own patient but always visiting because you all that she was so sweet and beautiful. All of the nurses from riley were wonderful and I'm glad i got the chance to get to know some of you while we were there. All of you do a GREAT JOB. Thanks for being so caring to everyone. We love you all.
