Dear Family and Friends,
New Tumor Markers:
CA 19-9 is: 19,134 when it should be lower than 100!
CEA is: at 205.6 (a new high since surgery). ??
CA-125 is: 64
I’m off visiting family and friends in Oklahoma until July 7th. Soroosh is holding down the fort and enjoying a nice visit with his mother. Soroor flew out yesterday and will both return to Oklahoma for a long 4th of July weekend. The break from reality has been nice and much needed for me. Auntie Rosie is getting a lot of baby time with my niece, nephew, and goddaughter.
Soroosh is doing well. The doctors report he has a soft belly (this is good). He has no side effects at this time despite his evil tumor markers increasing. The tumors remain and are returning slowly. Surgery is not an option at this time. It’s so stressful for us but we remain hopeful and try to enjoy each day and not focus on the future too much.
We continue our fundraising efforts since this is vital, not only for Soroosh, but for so many of our new friends suffering from this disease.
If you would like to donate to the PMP Research Foundation this is the link:

Soroosh amazing little sister Sogoal, and her DECA group hosted a spring Fashion Show with all of the proceeds going to the PMP Research Foundation. They raised 1,700.00 dollars for research! We are so proud of her and DECA! I want to send a big thank you to those of you who attended and donated money to our cause.
We hope to have golf tournament and silent auction in the fall of 2009 and maybe some casino nights in Arizona. If anyone is interested in helping us launch these please call us. It will be a large undertaking but WE have to DO it.
We will keep you posted!
Love and God Bless,
Rosemary and Soroosh Davani
