Make Sure Skyler Is Not Alone This Holiday Season
Your contributions to Skyler's journal this year made sure that they never felt alone. Your tax-deductible donation in Skyler's honor will make sure that Caringbridge continues to bring hope and healing to those who need it most.
Welcome, everyone. My name is Skyler and I was just diagnosed with ALL, a type of Leukemia. Everyone is really optimistic about my treatment. I'm in great hands here at St. Jude in Memphis with my daddy and mum. Everyone is really nice and I'm having a lot of fun playing and bossing people around. If any one is interested in donating, please contact the St. Jude donor room. <3. My parents ask if you decide you would like to donate money to support me to please donate it directly to St. Jude. This treatment comes at no expense to my parents and they would like you to pass that great gift on to others like me.Caleb's St Jude marathon page: http://heroes.stjude.org/runforskyler
Latest Journal Update
Sorry it has been so long since I have updated everyone. I have had a great last few weeks. Today started reinduction. It has been ruff. Waking up from anastasia was bad. Them when I started chemo I had a reaction to it. My face turned red and swelled up and it made me feel really sleepy. They have stopped the treatment for now and gave me medication to stop the reaction I had. They are going to draw labs tonight. They are going to have me come back Monday to check my blood levels again and decide what to do for my next chemo.
