I apologize for not posting yesterday but a young lady, Anna Tomalis, from Maryland whom I have been following, passed away on Friday, August 15th. While we were having fun at the Band-tastic Event at Naylor's for Shawna, another family was grieving the loss of their daughter. Anna was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 ... her fight with it is now at an end and she is in peace in heaven. As far as the Band-tastic Event, I want to thank Gypsy Fish and Turning Point for coming out and playing for Shawna. I know she liked it because she never stays awake passed 8:00PM ... lol. She hung in there until almost 10:00PM. We did not quite get the crowd that we had hoped for, but it's all good. We are truly blessed that our family, friends and neighbors are always there for us. I want to extend a special Thank You! to Tim Hess of Gypsy Fish ... he volunteered his band and recruited Turning Point for our cause ... YOU ROCK TIM! God Bless, Lorraine
