Happy July Sunday Greetings on a beautiful Sunday morning. Sharon is home from the hospital and doing pretty well. Still fighting the headaches and nausea but also having some good days. With the amount of pills she takes it seems to me there are lots of reasons for not feeling well. Her hair is getting longer and is now taking some shape. She is happy about that. We have been teasing her because her hair is coming back in so thick and very curly. She asked me yesterday that if I had chemo, would MY hair come back in thick, smart aleck! I think it was a hint. McKenna (our 3 year old granddaughter) called me from the lake last night where she is with Katie and Steve for the weekend. The very first thing she said was, “Papa Rod, I caught 4 Sunnies, and if you catch a Bullhead you have to put it back in the water or it will sting you.” It was so funny. As all of your know by now, Tom, Alicia and Anne were absolutely FANTASTIC in the triathlon last weekend. They all set personal records and I think they may be hooked. Katie and I were very busy, along with Alicia’s parents and brothers getting pictures and video. Katie did good and I mostly just watched the race and forgot to do any filming…hey, it was exciting. You all have been so diligent in your writing and appreciate your continued support in keeping Sharon on the road to recovery. We don’t know where all of this is going but we know we could not do this without our your help. Happy Sunday and God Bless All Of You. Rod and Team Osthus
