Sarah is doing great.  We saw the cardiologist this week and he wants us to try and back off of her diuretics a little.  We will follow up with him on Monday to be sure that the fluid around her lung is not collecting again.  She is still gagging some but it is nothing like it was.  Her eating by mouth is picking up so hopefully she will continue to go in the right direction with that.  Overall, everything is going well.  She is still a little tired and emotional but she seems to be getting better everyday.  :)
