Wow...... it's been a long time since we've updated. Things have been going so good that I haven't bothered putting anything up on the board....Until today....because we have the best news of all......Are you ready? Hey all you Gopher fans......Are you ready? We just got home from the Mayo Clinic and......and......and Sam has been cleared to play football......YAHOO!!! He has been working hard and has his weight up to 250 pounds and really improved his conditioning. The doctors were very impressed. They ran the die through his heart while he was in the MRI Tube and everything was great. As soon as we finish up with the assumption of risk papers Sam will be able to start training on campus. Tell Mr. Negative, Sid Hartman, the boy will be on the field again. We will be going back to the Mayo before spring practice(early March) just to do a final check up. Pretty good news....I mean GREAT NEWS....Thanks to all of the support and prayers from all over the country, the great care at the Mayo Clinic and the blessing from God, Sam will be playing football again.
