Hi everyone,
It's that time again and once again we had scans!  Sam is NED and growing like a weed.  She'll be seven next month, can you believe it?  This was the 27 month scan.  That means that she has been off treatment/in remission for 27 months.  Add seven months of treatment to that and you get a total of 34 months since diagnosis.   Time flies, or at least it feels like it.  She hasn't lost her sense of humor in all of this.  Today, her Dr. was bent over checking her reflexes and I was messing with that rubberband-type tourniquet they use to find a vein in your arm.  She motioned to me when he wasn't looking that I should pop it like a rubberband and hit him in the butt.  I have to say that I did not go with Dr. Samantha Evil's plan, but I did find it humorous.

All three kids are done with school and they all did wonderful this year.  Sam will be progressing to the second grade next year and as far as I can tell will be doing CAPCS/K12 with me at home next year and Brandon and Kourtney will be going to Cesar Chavez Public Charter School here in DC. 

We appreciate everyone keeping Sam and our family in your prayers.  You can't argue with results, huh?
