RYAN'S TESTS SHOW NO EVIDENCE OF NEUROBLASTOMA!!! Once again we are truly blessed. We will return to New York in 6 months and then yearly for just blood and urine checks. Ryan did really well in New York this time. He never cried when they put the IV in. After it was in, he ran to the procedure room (even though it was not time yet) and demanded his sleepy medicine. He told Dr. K that he didn't want any tape on his hips when he woke up. Well the next day he decided that the sleepy medicine was not worth getting anymore, because of the pain he had on his hips. Hopefully he won't be getting many more of those. He did the Mibg scan this time without anesthesia. He did really well because he fell asleep for the whole test. I was a little worried because last time he didn't make it through thetest. The tests usually take an 1 1/2 long. He has been doing the cats scans without anesthesia , but he got sick from the contrast the last 2 times. This trip was a little less stressful. There were quite a few children there that were 2 to 5 years out of treatment. We are so fortunate that Ryan continues to be our miracle. Please pray for all those still fighting to beat this horrible disease. Thank you for all your support and prayers. Cathy and Ryan
