Ryan couldn't handle 37mls, so we went back down to 32mls. We are at 34mls today. He slept till 4a.m. and was cranky till 5a.m., we back to sleep until 7a.m Now he is sleeping again. We stopped Rifaximin today and will go back on it tomorrow. He consistently rejects the Rifaximin on the 5th or 6th day by increasing his vomit episodes. I thought I was carrying a 1 liter TPN bag, nope it was 2liters!!! No wonder my hand, neck and shoulder hurt. We get 2hrs off of TPN starting tomorrow and go down to a 1 liter bag. Hip, Hip Hooray!!
