Hi there Ruby!!!  It's so nice to here that you are home and giving Mom and Dad a run for their money.  I have two little boys that were born almost 6 years ago the same size as you were.  They will be 6 years old December 15th and I am happy to say that Carson is now finally 30 pounds.  You just keep feeding and growing like you are doing.  Someday sooner than your parents will realize you will be running around and eating constantly.  I swear the boys act like I never feed them.  They can both put away three sloppy joes and four helpings of mac and cheese and dinner time.  I'm so proud of you and I didn't even meet you.  Remember that you are tougher than most people and after this, most things in life will be easy peasy lemon squeezey (as Dom would say)!  Keep up the great work, I will think of you often.

Always,

A HUGE fan of yours

I saw your story on the news, I am always drawn to and can relate to these stories. Seven and a half years ago we had twin micro-preemie girls (25 wks) the same size as Little Ruby. I am so glad to hear she is home and doing well. There are truely Gods Little Miracles.

Dear Lauren and sweet baby Ruby,

I am truly moved by the strength of both Ruby and you, Lauren. You and your husband are amazing parents. I know god is helping to see you through this challenge.

I am praying for good news on recent health concerns. I know another premie girl who was born at 28 weeks and is doing wonderful.   GIRLS ROCK!!

I also have to mention how ADORABLE her name is. I love it.

God bless you and your family.
